Everything in the entire Universe – physical and non-physical is made up of energy that vibrates at different frequencies and the act of breathing is our most fundamental interaction with it.
Breathing is our link between the visible and the invisible, the body and mind and it is the principal healing process that brings us into awareness of the here and now.

Breathing is vital for our survival but since its so natural and involuntary, we have ‘forgotten’ how to do it effectively. We are rarely aware of our breath unless we have a serious shortage of it and the majority of people just barely breathe in order to keep surviving.

Beyond any other nutritional element, Oxygen is by far the most vital element affecting our wellness, and if we really want holistic wellness, we need to go back to the basics of controlling our breath.
